To qualify for Italy's Investors Visa, applicants must complete one of the approved investment routes under current legislation.

Applicants must choose one of the following qualifying investment routes:

  • €2,000,000 in Italian government bonds

  • €500,000 in equity or shares of an Italian company

  • €250,000 in an innovative Italian start-up

  • €1,000,000 philanthropic donation to a public-interest project

Note: Direct real estate purchases do not qualify under this program.

  • The applicant must be a non-EU/EEA/Swiss national

  • A qualifying investment must be completed and maintained

  • Clean criminal record and background checks are required

  • Funds must originate from outside Italy
